Don’t you love the way my front paws turn out? The better for hugging you with.
I mentioned on Facebook that I was disappointed when the volunteer coordinator at the SPCA left a message asking me to foster a puppy and then left another message telling me her family had decided to foster the pup themselves. And I don’t blame them a bit. He’s irresistible.
Well, I’ve gotten my chance.
Meet Eddie, our new, short-term foster puppy. Eddie is staying with us until he gets adopted.
Only five months old and he’s already a sweet little guy. Curious about the world but needing to develop a little confidence, Eddie warms up to people quickly when he sees how cute they think he is.
And at only 8 pounds and unlikely to get too much bigger, Eddie will be a go-anywhere pup and a great companion.
I hope to have pictures up soon. But while Honey and I are up blogging, the boys are sleeping in. Hey, that’s not a bad trait for a puppy companion, is it?

You have a good heart Pamela. One of the reasons I don’t foster (besides the cost) is I don’t know if I could let them go.

What an adorable little guy! The way his paws turn out reminds me of my grandfather’s JRT. If Eddie is anything like Skipper, you’ve got a pretty awesome puppy on your hands!

Could he be any cuter? I am lucky I don’t live near you because I would want to take him home with me.
He’s adorable! Only five months old? Kuster is about five months old now, and I can’t imagine giving him up! Poor guy!
