What could be better than curling up with a good book on a cold, rainy morning?
How about curling up with a good book about dogs on a cold, rainy morning?
Here are a few of my favorites.

Literature Goes To The Dogs
How many of these would you like to read?
Pom Sawyer by Bark Twain – Orphaned pomeranian being raised by his aunt leads an adventurous life.
The Sound and the Furry by William Pawlkner – The story of a dysfunctional Southern family in decline as told by the barks of three litter mates.
Crime and Pupishment by Fidoyr Dogstoevsky – Philosophical dog ponders the morality of murder.
J Beagle by Archibald MacLeash – A modern retelling of the story of Job. A beagle wonders why Dog is tormenting him.
The Dogs Of Perception by Aldous Husky – One dog’s story of experimenting with psychedelic drugs.
Pugmalion by George Bernard Paw – Snooty poodle tries to turn a stray pug living on the street into a princess so she can get a home of her own.
Caninery Row by John Steinbark – A pack of stray dogs wants to do something nice for the doberman who hangs out with them when he’s not working.

Whew, that’s one pun-ishing list.
Time to get reading.
Your Turn: Do you have any favorite literary pups?

Why I Love Halloween (Except When I Hate It)
I can’t even begin to join such a clever bibliography, Giggles.
This is definitely a must-read list 😉
BOL – Clever!
Monty and Harlow
Great ones! I tried but couldn’t come up with anything to add to your list! I guess I’m not very punny. 🙂
