The Daily Dog Tag – Pet Blogger’s Gift Exchange

January 6, 2014 //  by Pamela

What’s more beautiful? Great photographs of dogs having fun? Or the thought of every dog finding a loving home?

In Daily Dog Tag, you get both.

Daily Dog Tag

Beth Patterson features the best pet photographers. But she also emphasizes gorgeous images that give a homeless dog a better chance to find a forever home.

One photographer featured recently, Beth Burstein, is offering a webinar through PetSmart Charities to teach rescue and shelter staff and volunteers how to make pets more adoptable through great photographs and descriptions (click the link to find out how to register for the January 7 webinar).

And all of Beth’s favorite 2013 posts were of rescue dogs with some special adoption stories as icing on top.

If you need a dose of beauty topped with a smatter of hope (and really, don’t we all?) follow The Daily Dog Tag at:

  • Facebook
  • Twitter
  • Pinterest

Snagging beautiful photos from Daily Dog Tag would class up Something Wagging This Way Comes. But it would also violate the copyright of the photographers.

So I’ll just send you to see Terran Bayer’s smiling portrait of senior Kona, Bella’s pictures by Kira DeDecker, and happy Barkley snapped by Sarah McGraw. You’ll thank me for giving the gift of beauty to you.

Your Turn: Have you discovered Daily Dog Tag before?

I have never heard of this site and I would love it. Before becoming a blogger, I wanted to be a pet photographer.
