Honey’s meal times take longer, tire her out, and keep her very excited. She loves emptying her Kong.
It looks like she’s feeding from a huge, rubber breast. We should just call it Queen Kong.

I totally agree, we love the Kong for Haylie – we also use a treat ball that she eats her dinner out of and she loves it.
Hahahaha! Shiva prays to Queen Kong every day too. We all do. If that little rubber toy didn’t exist, we never would have gotten through the battle with her separation anxiety. Best. Toy. Ever.

Elka loves it when I feed her from a treat dispensing toy, be it a Kong or her Monster Mouth. Sometimes, if I just put food in her bowl, she’ll look at it for awhile, and then at me, like “Hey, where’s the game?”

Too funny! We got Dublin a durable black KONG for his trip to Arizona with his new partner. Apache has a regular red KONG and we’re looking into getting Stetson a KONG Wobbler to try and slow down his eating during meal time.
I’d never heard of feeding a dog from a Kong before reading about it in blogs. I can’t imagine Georgia taking to it. She gives me the whale eye just for feeding her frozen bones instead of nicely warmed up ones.
