In reply to Emma. Actually, we spent Thanksgiving on the move. We don't want to waste any time getting south. I could probably roast a chicken in my oven. But not a turkey. I have some thoughts on making a solar oven though. I could probably bake a turkey in that if I had enough sunshine.
