When I read your blog posts I sometimes think about Dean Koontz and how his Golden Retriever Trixie changed his life. If you haven’t heard the stories or read any of the Dean Koontz books about Trixie you should check them out.

These days I am feeling a lot less guilty about blog-related things. Since I recently came to a decision about the direction of my blog I have been a lot more relaxed and don’t worry if I don’t get to things as I’d like. A year ago I would have been panicked about three whole days without an internet connection. As much as I joked about it on Facebook and Twitter, I really could have gone three more.
