Aw, I’ll definitely be sad not to hear about Scooter anymore. But I can also see why you aren’t keeping him — cute puppies are definitely easier to adopt out!

Aw… I’m glad he’s going to a new home! I attempted to foster once and failed. He’s now a member of the family … *Sigh*. However, in my defence, I’d have loved to find him a new home, but he’s a dog with a number of problems and we came to the conclusions that 1) who’d want him? and 2) we did!

If I win the raffle thingy, the money would go to Brambleberry Greyhounds, a charity which rehomes ex-racing greyhounds, for their medical and food expenses.

So glad your experience with fostering and Honey went so well. While sad to see Scooter go, sounds like he’s on the road to finding a good home.

that is a very good reason not to keep Scooter though I would selfishly have loved to see if he’ll grow up to look like a boy-Georgia. when we 1st fostered G, and took her in to Dr Dog for a checkup, he said exactly the same thing – “she’ll find a good home, she’s a good-looking dog”. look where that got us ;p

Hi Pam! Thanks again to you and Mike (and Honey) for fostering Scooter. I checked in on him a few minutes ago. He was still a little dopey from surgery, but I’m sure he’ll be back to his old self in no time. Tomorrow, he goes on the adoption floor!!
