alright, i have a confession to make. i sometimes do sniff Georgia’s butt [6.] just to see if she’s done any of that anal sac thing. she has one that prone to be impacted. i also check it every evening for bits of post-digested food that might be clinging – so she doesn’t clean her butt off me or my bed.

I love the list! I completely agree, and I think one more would be “Because she can set her own work hours every day!” Our dogs seem to be much better and finding balance in their lives than we humans.

Re: No 3: I would add that the same gene makes them dead weight and impossible to dislodge, no matter how small they are.
