When you’re handling everything you’ve ever owned, it’s natural to look back. But several of my great readers have reminded me to keep looking forward.
Okay, the picture is from an old trip. But the dream is going forward.
Your Turn: What do you dream of doing with your dog? Or are you already living your dream?

Livin’ the dream.

It took 7 years of waiting, planning and patience. Now, we are living our dream. We’re in the country, surrounded by nature, relaxed and enjoying life with Duster and Zach. You’ll get there, Pam.
Groovy Goldendoodles
Don’t want to sound like a Hallmark card, but honestly – everyday with these two feels like I’m in the middle of my dream. I;m happy. Okay – I could be happier in Charleston, but I know I’ll get there. But for now I’m here, and they’re with me, and I’m happy!

Would some day like to move to an older house, with maybe an acre. plant a garden, foster rescue dogs and maybe kittens. I have a great dog now, and she certainly has helped me stay happy. It doesn’t take much to make her happy, one of the many things I love about her.
I think Honey is just one of the most adorable dogs I’ve ever seen…..except for mine, of course! haha

Right now, I”m just dreaming of our summer vacation at Big Bear.

Mom wants a job that pays more so we can do some more traveling together. There are some places we want to go and people we want to see, but with her job right now, it is hard to manage it.

I so admire you for following your dream. I’m still a few years (like 15) away from mine. I will be cheering you on from shore!

Personally, your looking forward is what is motivating me. I would love to do what Any and Mary are doing. Look back and take stock, and then go live your dream Pamela. I admire you so much.

What a lovely picture.

I think that picture illustrates just how content you will be in your new life!
I’m pretty happy with how things are now, but I would love to be able to take the dogs more places, like on vacations to a cabin on a lake.

Working on it! I want to be able to quit my day job, blog full time, and live every adventure with my dogs beside me!
The Daily Pip
What a lovely shot. My dream is to find a way to afford to work part time so I can spend more time with daughter and animals.

Lovely photo! My dream would be to recover enough to be able to take Barney on long walks, have another border terrier, live somewhere with more outdoor space, blog full time and do voluntary work with dogs homes, I will slowly get there, in the meantime I could not be more happy with our rescue boy Barney, he brings joy, light and laughter into our lives.
Good luck! x

I’ve had it good for a while (working from home with the dogs at my side). Now I’m chucking all the good financial sense my influencers have given me and am hitting the road…secretly hoping the dogs and I will love it and be able to do it full-time. Somehow.
Callie, Shadow, and Ducky's Mom
I love that picture! You and Honey both look so relaxed, without a care in the world and just totally “in the moment”!!
Lauranne
You’ll get there and it will be so worth it!

A wonderful dog, a loving husband…you are living it! Everything else is just a bonus. 🙂
Thank you for your FB post.
Love the pic!

That is a great picture! Like you I can see a life more in touch with the ocean. Or more in touch with rescued goats…I suppose those are the two big dreams 🙂
